Education/Experience
Glenn received a bachelor's degree in Physics and Mathematics
from the University of Wisconsin at River Falls before spending a year as
a student researcher at Argonne National Lab. He later received masters
degrees from Virginia Tech in both Mathematics and Engineering Mechanics
and was an Instructor in VT's Physics department.
He worked in the steel industry for Siemens Energy and Automation as a
commisioning engineer and as
a process control engineer before coming to Illinois in
the Fall of 2000.
Glenn is currently a PhD candidate in Physics (passed qualifying and preliminary
exams)
under the direction of
Alfred Hübler.
|
Activities
Glenn organized the 2003-2005 Nonlinear Dynamics and Complex Systems Seminar series.
